The project to print postcards is an idea of Suzana Hout.

She is born in Holland, studied at the art academy in Rotterdam and spend the last ten years on Tioman Island, West Malaysia. 

In these 10 years looking at the postcards, in Malaysia, she realised they were all the same! Every year no changes. She decided here was a task for her. She took some of her photographs and sent them to a print shop. Now the postcards are sold all over Tioman Island and in some cities on the mainland.

The pictures are taken on Tioman Island, as well as on the mainland, in Terrengannu, Pahang, and so on. It is not all photographs taken by Suzana, she got friends to sent their shots, she made a collection from the good ones. Of course every photographer's name is on the back, of the cards!

The lay out is just simple, non glossy 10cm x 15cm cards, with a small white border. Let the picture do it's job!
